Why we charge for reservation?

A small amount will be required to condition and sanitize your room before you check-in so that we can provide you the best experience possible.

Is it refundable?

The reservation fee is refundable for T+2 days, where T is the date on which the payment was made. Thereafter, refund requests won't be considered.
